Jatin Popat (Consultant)
Jatin did his Graduation in Commerce from Mumbai and became Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also did his Law graduation from Mumbai University. He is also a registered attorney with the Trademark registry. He was employed initially for about 20 years in various organizations as a Banker, Company Secretary, In-house Legal Counsel, Compliance Head.
In 2004, post-employments Jatin started his firm JSP Associates providing corporate services since last over 20 years. Being an enterprising by nature, Jatin ventured in successful start ups like lageljini.com (a portal providing professional services legal information and services) and WillJini.com (Portal for making online Will/testamentary documents). Jatin is member of ICSI as well as CII, FICCI, BCCI, German Chamber of Commerce and TiE.
